Harvested early for high acidity and lower alcohol. Fresh apricots and violets on the nose with lifts of lemon. The palate is bright and fresh with vivid acid and juicy fruits. The balance of fruit and acid give the wine depth and vibrancy.

THE DREAMER VIOGNIER

A varietal more commonly used in Champagne and rarely seen as a table wine on its own. Bright ruby red colour. Expressive on the nose with cherry, strawberry and rose petals notes. Short maturation in French oak foudre. Fresh and bright, soft tannin and a very attractive juicy texture; lifted red fruits, cherry, strawberry, then some wet earth and savoury edges. A food friendly wine!

Recommended Pairing: Mushrooms, Duck, Pork, Lamb

2019 TOPOGRAPHY PINOT MEUNIER

Fresh red mulberry, cherry, and a hint of red peppers. Some nice chocolatey, vanillin oak in the background and earthy savouriness. Easy drinking, with very good flavour intensity and generous, mouth filling texture. Tannins are supple. Don't serve to chill, give it time and let it warm up a little to you.

Recommended Pairing: Vegetables, Pork, Beef

Pale straw colour. Rich aromatics of spiced apple Danish, floral and citrus. Nice Meyer lemon, green apple flavours with a good balance of sweetness and tanginess, delivering freshness, intensity and great flavour length.

NO. 8 PINOT NOIR 2021

NO. 8 PINOT NOIR

A signature-style chardonnay that displays a light, bright, straw colour with a green hue - a sign of youth. The aroma is very youthful with citrus and white peach characters and subtle oak. The crisp flavours from the vibrant varietal characters give way to a wine with great mid-palate softness.  The integrated oak adds texture to deliver a fineness that is long and clean.  A complex wine that will deliver with age.

NO. 11 CHARDONNAY 2019

No. 11 Chardonnay

A blend of three pinots to produce an alluring, complex rosé. Bright ruby grapefruit colour. Wet stone, gentle tannin, textural richness, dry finish. Some attractive red berry fruit and crushed herb savoury flavours.

Varietal: 47% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, 18% Pinot Gris

THE SNOW LINE 2018 THREE PINOTS ROSÉ

Grapes are sourced from a range of elevations to increase potential fruit complexity. Moderate aromatic intensity typical of Pinot Gris but lifted by the floral, citrus, and spice of Gewurztraminer and Riesling. Honey dew & pink lady apple notes on the palate.

Citrus, floral and white stone fruit. Fresh and lively with fruit purity. Attractive, fine mousse with good mouthfeel. Nice acid & sugar balance making it very approachable and easy to drink.

MOUNTAIN RANGE 2018 SPARKLING

The No. 19 distinguishes itself from others in the region with its fullness of texture and depth of character, mirroring the Sauvignon of the Loire Valley with its dry character.  This Sauvignon Blanc has seen a small time in oak barrel to round out the acid structure, creating a great balance between varietal flavours - lively passionfruit fragrance, nuances of floral, and minerals supported by a back bone of nettles and green capsicum. This is an elegant wine with lovely intensity and weight. Great with food.

No. 19 Sauvignon Blanc

First pick of a harvest. Excellent light straw color with fine mousse. Vibrant bouquet with complex toasty creaminess to the palate. Chardonnay contributes volume and vibrancy while Pinot noir donates drive and depth, creating a balance with great length and structure.
