How long is the order processing time?
Orders placed will take approximately 3-5 business days to process before they're ready for shipment. However, custom gifting orders will require 5-7 business days to process before they're ready for shipment.
Do you sell wines in crates?
We are able to handle bulk orders, subject to our available stocks. Depending on the product, the wine may come in either a carton of 6 or 12. Please contact us at WineTales@BeyondKairosSG.com to enquire more.
Do you charge Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
GST is already included in the prices listed on the website.
What are your payment methods?
At the moment, we accept a few kinds of payment options like Credit/Debit cards (through PayPal) & PayNow. We are continuously improving to add on other modes of payment for your convenience. Please share with us the mode of transfer you would like us to consider at WineTales@BeyondKairosSG.com.
Where can you deliver the wines to?
Depending on the choice of delivery service selected upon checking out, please note that additional fees may apply for certain parts of Singapore.
Do you do international shipping?
We currently do not ship internationally. However, you may arrange for your own courier to deliver your purchase to you overseas. How do I cancel my order?
Please reach out to us at WineTales@BeyondKairosSG.com if you wish to cancel an order. Orders that have been processed and shipped out cannot be cancelled.
Do you accept returns?

Do you accept refunds?
Upon successful cancellation, we will refund you the amount that had been paid.
Can I opt for self-collection?
Yes, you can. Please select the 'self-collection' option upon check-out and we will provide you with the location and time.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Spending more than SGD$140 (before delivery charges) entitles you to free delivery.
Can I do a taste test before purchasing?
